We are rebranding our organisation - ISTANZ becomes ISEA...

'ISTANZ’s membership voted to change the association’s name, at the 2008 AGM to ISEA (Independent Schools Education Association).  There will be a transition period until the first term of 2009 when we plan to make a full change to the new name.  Because ISTANZ now covers non teaching support staff in our schools the use of the word ‘teacher’ in our name is unhelpful.  The National Executive have spent many hours debating considering and reconsidering a variety of alternatives.  Our new name has been duly registered and all our associated organisations and departments have been notified together with all schools and our own members.'
